Refund policy

PRODUCT RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Every item is inspected for quality prior to shipping to the customer. If you need to return an item due to a product defect or a packing error made by Speed Dawg, contact us first by calling 717-741-2665 or 866-906-7801 or by e-mail at customerservice@speeddawg.com and we will provide instructions to return or exchange the item at our expense.

If you would like to return or exchange an item that you received contact us first by calling 717-741-2665 or 866-906-7801 or by e-mail at customerservice@speeddawg.com then wrap the item in bubble wrap and send it back to us via US Postal Service to:

The item must be shipped via US Postal Service because UPS and Fed Ex will not deliver to a PO Box. When received, Speed Dawg LLC will refund the amount of the items that are received to your credit card or PayPal account. All returns must be received by Speed Dawg within 30 days of the original ship date of the item. Speed Dawg will not accept items for return or exchange after 30 days of the original ship date. Speed Dawg does not refund shipping costs for items that are not defective or were not shipped in error. All returned items are subject to a quality inspection. Custom orders are not eligible for refund or exchange. Speed Dawg will not accept worn or damaged items for exchange or refund. Items returned to  Speed Dawg in unacceptable condition will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense and the customer's shipping charges will not be reimbursed.
